Reservation Policies

Guests

Ibagari is designed to be a relaxing, peaceful environment. We accept reservations with children from 12 years and above.

The maximum occupancy for King Suites is two people and for Double Suites four people (extra fees apply).

Pets are not allowed.

Rates

Rates are quoted in US dollars (USD), per suite per night. Breakfast is not included.

Rates do not include 15% ISV tax, 4% tourism tax and a 10% service charge (optional, charged at check-out).

Check-in & check-out

Check-in from 3:00 pm; check-out by 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms depend on the rate you book and are shown before you confirm on our booking engine. For questions, write to reservations@ibagarihotel.com.

Payment

• 50% of the total stay is charged at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• The remaining 50% is paid at check-in.
• The rate is for accommodation only. Rates are in USD.
• Credit or debit cards are accepted; payment is processed through a link. Bank transfers to BAC and Ficohsa in Honduras are also accepted.
• At check-in a maximum of $500 can be paid in cash.

Taxes

Rates do not include 15% ISV tax, 4% tourism tax and a 10% service charge (optional, charged at check-out).

Check-in & check-out

Check-in at 2:00 pm; check-out at 10:00 am.

Cancellation

• 30 days or more before arrival: the deposit can be used for a new reservation within one year.
• 29 days or less before arrival: one night is charged, and the rest can be used for a future reservation within one calendar year.
• No-shows without notice are charged 100% of the stay.

House rules

• The rate covers a maximum of 8 guests. Unregistered guests are not allowed; exceeding the authorised number carries a $1,800 penalty.
• Parties are not allowed (penalty of $5,000).
• No pets.
• Indoor spaces are smoke-free (penalty of $2,000).
• Any damage to the property during the stay will be charged.
• The hotel pool and jacuzzi are reserved for hotel guests.
