Hotel Policies

lbagari Boutique Hotel offers a relaxing and peaceful environment; our suites are not suitable for children under 12 years of age.

Cancellation rescheduling will be subject to the availability.

The maximum occupancy per room is 2 people.

Pets are not allowed

Rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) per suite per night basis.

Check in time is from 02:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 pm

Late check out from 12:00 pm to 06:00 pm hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the Day.

Late check out after 06:00 pm will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the Day.

Early check in and late check out are subject to availability.

To confirm a reservation the hotel requests the first night deposit payment (Non Refundable) to guarantee your stay.

For No Show reservations we charge the 100% of your stay

If a guest wishes to cancel his reservation, the hotel does not issue a refund for this (first night deposit requested), however, the hotel agrees to offer a change of date within 6 months after the cancellation date and subject to availability.

If you cancel after the 30 days prior to your arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay, the reservation can be used during the next 12 months.

The charge for the first night cannot be used for consumer credit,excursions and any other type of extras only for lodging.

At the Check-In you can pay a maximum amount of $500.00 in cash.
Ibagari Homes Policies

50% of the total amount of your stay will be charged at the time of making your reservation. ( This deposit is non-refundable)

The rate is for accommodation only.

The remaining 50% payment will be made at the time of check-in.

Rates are in USD.

Check-in time is at 2:00pm hours and Check-out time is at 10:00am.

Rates do not include the following taxes: 15% ISV tax, 4% Tourism tax, and 10% of service (This fee is optional and will be charged at check out).

Cancelation Policies:
-
30 days or more before the arrival date, the deposit can be used for a new reservation in a period of one year.

29 days or less to the arrival date will be penalized with one night and the rest can be used in a future reservation no longer than one calendar year.

If the guest does not notify the cancellation and does not show up, it will be considered a no-show and 100% of the stay will be charged.

The deposit is non transferable.

- We accept reservations with 3 nights- stay as a minimum.

Credit or debit cards are accepted, and payment will be processed through a link.

Transfers to BAC and Ficohsa banks in Honduras are also accepted.

The rate for the houses is for a maximum capacity of 8 guests.

The entry of unregistered guests is not allowed.

A penalty of $1800 will be charged for exceeding the authorized number of people in the house.

Parties are not allowed, if you hold one, there will be a penalty of $5000.00

No pets allowed

Any property damage incurred during the stay will be charged.

The use of the hotel pool and jacuzzi is reserved for hotel guests only.

Inside the house are smoke-free spaces, if you smoke inside will be a penalty of $2000.00

At the Check-In you can pay a maximum amount of $500.00 in cash.
